About Us

Robin Berg Tabakin, Esq. is the Founder and President of Technoforce LLC and has served in leadership roles on numerous councils and boards. She has extensive expertise in workforce, community, and supplier development. Ms. Tabakin has been awarded numerous government contracts, conducting assessments of workforce programs for companies and universities. Through these projects, she developed deep expertise in evaluating management and program effectiveness by conducting hundreds of interviews, compiling critical information, and designing actionable programs and recommendations for positive change.

Ms. Tabakin serves on the Executive Committee and previously as President of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities Supplier Diversity Development Council. She is also the Founder and Past President of the Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship Corp., an SBA Women’s Business Center, and Chairwoman of the New Jersey Government Records Council. In addition, she has served on PSEG’s Supplier Diversity Advisory Council, completed two terms as President of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO), and currently serves as NJAWBO’s Public Policy Leader.

Ms. Tabakin has received numerous awards, including the Supplier Diversity Development Council’s 2019 Outstanding Commitment Award and Advocate Awards in 2016 and 2017. She was also honored as the 2008 Woman in Business Champion of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration, State of New Jersey, and received the 2008 Woman-Owned Small Business Advocacy Award from the U.S. Small Business Administration, Region II (NY, NJ, PR, VI).

Ms. Tabakin holds an MBA from Rutgers University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Cincinnati. She is a member of the New Jersey Bar.
